Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Zevlox handles information. We do not operate a user account system; most data stays on your device.

1. Technology approach

• No third-party AI services. Features use proprietary in-house AI virtual technology.
• No facial data collection. We do not collect facial information, face templates, face IDs, or other biometric data.
• No server storage of uploads. We do not collect or retain user-uploaded images on our servers.
• No external transmission. We do not upload your photos to external servers over the network for processing.

2. Information we handle

• Source photos and prompts: Selected by you; used on-device for the requested feature; not uploaded to our servers.
• Generated works: Saved locally in Works when you choose to keep them.
• Coin balance and purchases: Stored locally; payment and subscription status verified through Apple.
• App preferences: Such as welcome acceptance and cache settings, stored on your device.

3. How we use information

We use the above solely to:

• Run generation, restyle, and video features you request.
• Display and manage your Works, Coins, and subscription status.
• Operate in-app purchases through Apple.
• Maintain basic App settings on your device.

We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or model training on our servers.

4. Device permissions

The App may request access to your photo library or camera so you can pick source images. iOS shows the system permission dialog; you can deny or revoke access in device Settings. We access photos only when you choose Library or Camera in the App.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your data. We do not share photos, prompts, or facial data with third-party AI providers or external processing servers.

We may disclose information only if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset sale where permitted by law—and only to the extent required.

Apple processes payments and may collect data under its own policies when you make purchases.

6. Retention and deletion

• Works: Remain on your device until you delete them in the App or remove the App.
• Cache: Can be cleared in Settings → Clear cache.
• Uninstall: Removes locally stored App data from your device subject to iOS behavior.

Because we do not store uploads on our servers, we cannot recover your local files after deletion.

7. Security

We design Zevlox to minimize off-device exposure of your creative content. No method of electronic storage is completely secure; you are responsible for securing your device and exported files.

8. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Your choices

• Decline or revoke photo/camera permissions.
• Delete individual works or clear cache in the App.
• Manage subscriptions and purchases through Apple ID settings.

10. International users

The App is designed for local on-device processing as described above. If you use the App outside your home country, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The in-App version reflects the current text. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
